  2. Inspect the properties in your preferred areas that match your criteria to gain a better understanding of the price range.
  3. Contact one of our Agents from Citywide Commercial for advice on your short list as we will be able to help you make an educated decision.
  4. After choosing your ideal property and consulting with a Citywide Commercial Agent, we will send a copy of the contract of sale to your solicitor or conveyancer.
  5. You should always arrange a building and pest inspection to know the state and condition of the property.
  6. Based on all of the information gathered and advice from your Citywide Commercial Agent you are now prepared to put in an offer.
  7. If you proceed with the purchase you must sign the contract of sale as well as pay a 10% deposit. Deposit will be held in our trust account until settlement
  8. The vendor will sign their contract of sale and the solicitor/conveyancer or agent will exchange the contracts.
